Can't find your answer? Our team is happy to help.
How do I order a flower bouquet?
Choose a bouquet, select your size (Single or Duo), pick a delivery date, add an optional recipient name and gift message, then add it to your cart and check out.
How do I choose a delivery date?
Every product page has a delivery date picker that only shows available dates. The date you choose travels with your order so we know exactly when to deliver it.
Where do you deliver?
Epicflowers delivers fresh flower bouquets to the 48 contiguous United States with free FedEx 2-day shipping. You can choose any available delivery date from Monday to Friday.
Can I send flowers to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout, add their name on the product page and write a gift message. We include a card with your words, free of charge.
Can I order flowers for a future date?
Yes. You can schedule your bouquet for a future delivery date, which is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Where do your flowers come from?
Our roses and blooms are grown on farms in the Ecuadorian Andes. Strong equatorial sunlight and cool mountain nights produce roses with large heads, vivid color and long, straight stems.
Why are Ecuadorian roses considered the best?
Ecuador sits on the equator at high altitude, so roses receive intense light all year while growing slowly in cool temperatures. That slow growth creates bigger buds, thicker stems and richer color.
What is the difference between Single and Duo?
Single is one bouquet arranged in a glass vase. Duo is two matching bouquets shipped without vases, perfect for gifting two people or styling a table.
Which bouquet is best for a birthday?
Bright, colorful bouquets with yellow, orange and pink flowers are the most popular birthday choice, such as the Sunshine Burst Bouquet or the Lemon Tonic Bouquet.
Which flowers are appropriate for sympathy?
White flowers are the traditional choice for sympathy and condolences. The White Whisper Bouquet and Pure Grace white roses express respect and remembrance with quiet elegance.
Which flowers say I love you?
Red roses are the classic symbol of love and romance. The Red Passion Roses and The Soulmate Bouquet are our most romantic designs.
How long do your flowers last?
With basic care our bouquets stay beautiful well beyond the first week. Trim the stems, change the water every two days and keep them away from heat and direct sun.
What should I do when my bouquet arrives?
Trim 1 to 2 inches from each stem at an angle, remove leaves below the waterline and place the bouquet in a clean vase with cool water and flower food.
Why are some flowers still closed when they arrive?
Roses and many blooms are shipped partly closed so they travel safely and open beautifully at home over the next one to three days.
