These terms are the agreement between you and Epic Society LLC, doing business as Epicflowers (“Epicflowers”, “we”, “us”), when you use epicfloralstudio.com or buy from us.

1. Who we are

Epicflowers is a Florida company that sells bouquets grown on our own farms in Ecuador and delivered in the United States. We are an online store and do not have a shop open to the public. You can reach us through the chat on our website or at hello@epicfloralstudio.com. Our mailing address, for correspondence only, is 1065 Southwest 8th Street, #1792, Miami, FL 33130, United States.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to use the website for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other users.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout when applicable. Shipping is free. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Our flowers

Flowers are natural products: color, size and bloom stage may vary from the photos, and bouquets may arrive with buds that open over the following days. When a variety is unavailable, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value and similar style.

6. Delivery

We ship with FedEx 2-day delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery areas and timing are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Refunds and replacements

If your bouquet arrives damaged or wilted, our Refund and Replacement Policy explains how to get a replacement or refund.

8. Gift messages and recipient information

You are responsible for the recipient's information and for the content of gift messages. We may decline to print messages that are offensive or unlawful. We handle this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, you allow us to display them on our website and social media with your first name. Don't post anything that is false, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

10. Intellectual property

The website's text, photos, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties other than those you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring the claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
